I currently have one finished manuscript, my second is in a holding pattern while I try to decide what kind of book it really is since what I've written so far is 90% backstory, and I'm working on the third.
Mind Games is about Ceili Duggan and Chicago Police Homicide Detective Jim MacKilroy. Ceili is a reporter trying to get the goods on Jim's current case. It doesn't help that Jim and Ceili grew up together or that the killer has decided to focus on Ceili. ~Complete
Seasons of Life follows Meggie Garner as she learns that relationships are what you make of them. These include the ones with your mother, your prodigal gay father, the rest of your crazy family, your friends, your boyfriend, and the guy that lives below you. ~On hiatus
Untitled will be a fantasy with romance elements targeted towards Harlequin/Silhouette's new LUNA imprint. Morgan is pulled into a world that is hidden from all but the Chosen Ones. On her quest for the Lost One, she is tested with trials that help her understand the woman she can be. ~On hiatus
The Guy Guide is special for NaNoWriMo aka National Novel Writing Month. The tag line is: "What do you do when the best-selling author of The Guy's Guide to Etiquette prefers to wear a skirt?" The goal of NaNoWriMo is to write 50,000 words in a month. So, I'm hoping for a rough draft of the book to go back to once I've worked on Untitled further.
